    trouble connecting to bingo, then disconnected during game - been inactive too long ?


    Have had issues connecting to server last 2 - 3 days. Today same problem then when finally connected am in the middle of playing first game and message comes up 'disconnected - you have been inactive too long'. Then says tickets and coins spent will be
    refunded (don't know if they have been). It then tries to reconnect me for 10 minutes continually coming up with bingo server error message.

    connect to game, start to play then get knocked off....how come??

    having trouble connecting to bingo.

    I get connected, start to play , then the game cancels itself and I have to start over.

    How come??

    Bingo connection problem

    On a daily basis, connecting to the MS Bingo game is a challenge. sometimes connections take as long as 5 minutes and multiple attempts - too many to count, so I give up. There are also disconnects during games on a daily basis which are frustrating due
    to lost games and coinage. Not sure the frustrations are worth playing anymore.

    Generally server connection trouble is due to your network. How is your connected to the internet, and when you're disconnected from Bingo are you disconnected from anything else?

    Hey there VegasTundra67.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having in Microsoft Bingo. Are you connected to the internet when you attempt to watch ads? Make sure you have a stable connection, if you disconnect at all you may have trouble. Also, please give your PC a full reboot
    to see if there's any change with that.

    Thank you for the responses. It was inevitable; my hope was that gamertags that had been inactive for too long were made available again, maybe in the near future.
