    HELP!

    Xbox One X won't boot up, it gets stuck on the green xbox screen and then after a few minutes it will go black and say "Try again in a while. Sorry looks like our service isn't working right. To check xbox live service status, go to http://support.xbox.com"

    Tell me its an easy fix! haha

    Please can you try turning off your Xbox and unplugging everything from it. Then wait for about 10 to 15 seconds. Plug everything back in and try turning it on again.

    If that does not work, please check at https://support.xbox.com if there is any Service Alert for your region.

    Save wise, the best place would be to put them on the cloud. I'll leave the link below for how to that for you and anyone else needing to do the same

    Hi there!

    There could be a few reasons why your game is having trouble booting up.

    What i'm thinking is that at some point the files in the game could have corrupted, making the game not able to boot up.

    One step to fix this could be un-installing the game, and re-installing it.

    If this doesn't fix this, please let us know and we will help you go through the process of trouble shooting if that doesnt work.
