trouble adding kids to my 'xbox family'

Hi,

I logged into my xbox privacy&online safety site using web browser. There I only see my own gamer tag, and not my kids' tag. When I click on 'Microsoft family' link, I get to the Microsoft page where I am also listed and there also my kid has her own Microsoft
account listed and I can see that I am listed there as her father. How can I add her as my child also on the xbox account, in order to update the privacy settings, to allow her to play Minecraft Windows 10?

Note 1: We have no xbox console. We use Windows 10 pc only.

Note 2: My kid has her own microsoft account, as well as xbox account set up. Her xbox account just are not linked as child account on my xbox account page. This linking is what I would like to accomplish.

I have seen the same posts from others that you may need to do a " 'pull up' for each of the kids, after which their accounts became visible under my xbox account".

In order to play Minecraft on Android phones with family members, each member needs to be defined as a 'friend' to join the same game. To have rights for a 'friend' property, each user needs proper xbox privacy account privacy settings.
