trouble adding friends

Discus and support trouble adding friends in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been having trouble adding friends on both the console and online for a week now.     trouble adding friends


    I have been having trouble adding friends on both the console and online for a week now. Whenever I try to add someone, it says, "sorry, we cant save your changes right now. Try again in a while. I have talked to support on the phone and done every step
    including hard resets, factory resets and removing and adding my profile. It looks like this was an issue a few years ago, but I cant find anything current and haven't seen a fix.

    Trouble Adding friends

    i tried the power cycle & it doesn't work. I deleted my profile also and still didn't work. & I know I'm not blocked bc I can still message them. I've tried adding 10 other strangers and still says the same thing

    Trouble Adding Friends to Fireteam

    Hit the home button on your controller

    Go to your friends app

    Go to "My Profile" on the left hand side

    On the right hand side you will see Destiny, click on it

    The third option down says "Requires Invites" click on that and it will say "Set to Joinable"

    You have successfully set your fireteam setting to public on the Xbox One

    Keep in mind you will have to do this every time you log on and I hope this helps the Xbox One users

    In order for us to check if it's an issue with your account or the Xbox console, please try adding a friend using a browser. Please go to https://account.xbox.com/profile then try adding a friend.

    Trouble with adding someone on my friends list

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Please make sure that your account and privacy settings are set up correctly. You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that this setting are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

    * You can add friends

    Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

    Also, the same goes for your friend.
