mi brother and i have linked account, but some reason iam enable to play his games, i already check the account to see they where link and they are but the gold still working i dont know have to do please help!

I think your new HDD is having trouble in the configuration. You should get it replaced if you can.

Xbox Fitness Won't load

Same trouble here in France, i have the invalid server configuration thingy, rebooting stuffs doesn't work at all. What's wrong with that game?

Either that or your Xbox is having trouble when asking to be assigned an IP address and DNS information. Fixing this really depends on your particular network configuration, but you could always manually configure DNS and assign the Xbox an IP address.

Try check your router configuration, and Make Report by trouble because the Xbox App in Windows 10 is Beta version yet

As far as I know, Microsoft accounts no longer have the ability to configure security questions (probably in favor of replacing it with "two-step authentication" at some point).
