Trouble accessing games

I've tried all these things - and they don't help, other than reducing the number of times it fails, because I'm busy doing these things. Whether I do them or not, the only thing that really "works" is to keep trying - or else just go away for a few hours
to relieve the frustration - and then maybe it will work later. Literally everything else works - no internet problems - even MS Sudoku works. Really seems like a solitaire problem, since it only ever happens when it's time for an ad. Never during a game,
and not between games when there are no ad. Only when it's starting / trying to run an ad. Maybe if you put in a check to bypass the ad when it fails to play?

It's actually generating an event log error today. Looks like Solitaire is trying (and failing) to open something in EDGE - then requesting an immediate fail fast - per the MS web site : A fail fast exception occurred. Exception handlers will not be invoked
and the process will be terminated immediately.

Yes! I've had this for a while now, and it's been getting worse and worse. Even on days when there are no events going on, it's getting very hard to find a time to get in. During an event, it's worse - especially when you're in a groove solving them -
and then have to stop because it's time for an ad - you get dropped out - and can't get back in. I thought paying for the ads was just to save time - not to even be able to play the games.
