Trouble accessing games from another profile

Hello. My son used the wrong email address when he created his account/profile. We have now created a new profile with the correct address but we can't access one of the games that came with the Xbox when he bought it. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

If a game redemption code was used on the old account then the only way to play it on the new account would be to sign in with the old account then switch to the new account.

Those didn't help me, The main problem is that I cant download my gamer profile to my console. I was able to download another profile but it has troubles accessing to marketplace and other online services

When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that it was purchased on as well as the console it was purchased on. The console license allows other profiles on that console to access the content. So he will be able to access the game from his profile
unless you do a license transfer on another console.
