    Trouble accepting new terms and conditions


    Help! I am trying to help my son who is trying to download xbox apps onto Nokia Lumia. Prompted to accept new terms and conditions by Xbox and also get parent to accept. We are stuck in a loop that won't allow us to proceed. Have spent 2 evenings now in
    chat with xbox - have discovered son must have set up as registered in U.S - I am registered in UK - have been advised to migrate my account but no luck. Any ideas gratefully accepted!!

    I have a parental blocker on my account however i don't remember the email address for the parent email, i looked into how to find it and it said go to online settings to find out the email address, however it just loops me back onto the terms and conditions
    page which i cannot accept because i dont remember the email address... Can somebody please give me a solution to this problem???

    i am having a similar problem, my parenting email no longer exists and when i try and accept the new terms and conditions online it takes me back to the log in screen. is there a way to change the parenting email?

    Hey there XethanXtgodX,

    Let's start with finding the parenting email account.

    You can find this the following way:

    1. Sign in using your Xbox Live-enabled Gamertag.
    2. From the dashboard, go to settings and select Online Safety.
    3. Select an item to change and then select Save.
    4. You are then prompted for your parent’s permission to make the change. The parent Microsoft account is displayed on the password entry screen.
    Next, to recover the password for the parenting email account, please go to
