    So the game loaded fine before the new xbox update and now it times out and returns to the home screen during the unreal engine screen each time. I have tried every step from the help center and still no solutions, so now I’ve paid $50 for a game i can’t
    launch and play. Im not sure if i can dispute the purchase and receive a refund or if it is a bug the game programmers are working on. Also there is no longer a way to email microsoft regarding this topic so i come to the community to request solutions. Any
    help would be appreciated. Thanks.
