Trolls got my account chat banned please help

Recently I got chat banned and I would like to know if anyone can help me get rid of it. The reason I got chat was a bunch of trolls invited me in there party and started calling me a try hard on the Rainbow six siege and started making odd noises at
me. I wasn’t entertained and they kept being rude and threatened to ban me. They said I’m going to report you. I left the party’s and the next time I go on the Xbox I couldn’t talk and I’m In the avoid me.

Someone please help I would appreciate it very much,

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

To an admin. I need help. A guy last night was harassing my son. In game and then afterwards in messaging him. I got on my account to tell him to cut it out and I get a 1 day chat ban. Who can help me on this. I showed my son how to report each and every message and did so on my account too but I get a chat ban?! This guy was swearing, using gay and homophobic slurs and sent my son a picture of his male parts. This is absurd. Please help and fix this situation.

same please help me ive just got banned permantly and i have done nothing wrong it says that i have done “inapropriate content” although i dont really message anyone so if anyone can help me get unbanned and ive never been banned before and my reputation is good so someone must have hacked my account or something because i dont ever swear on text or chat so please help im a good person

I have been going through the same thing. People are too sensitive on XBox and Microsoft’s policies often punish the wrong people. I am not sure why i got banned from Halo i cant use the chat function for over a year now. I want to have my account reinstated
as soon as possible. This is not fair that users liie us get banned for no reason while others are abusing the chat function and are not being punished. Hello Microsoft please reinstate my account please!
