Trolling

How do youtubers troll and do not face any consequences but when others do it, its an automatic communication ban who does this make any scense that youtubers get special treatment for making videos about trolling and get no sort of punishment?

To be fair it is part of xbox live, Hopefully your son can forget what has been said, That said does your son have a mic? It might be fair if he does to stop him using it for a while as people tend to pick on the younger age.

It is a shame people do this but it is part of xbox live all you can do as a parent is to report and block communications, That way the mods will soon pick up on it and give the member the correct punishment.

Hey folks, personally I would not block any comms with this person or in fact any person whom would decide to send me "unwanted" PM's or voice mail, why... I hear you ask, well it's simple, if some one decides to continuously send me hate / personal attacks
/ racist etc, MS Enforcement Team would take a more decisive look at that person if it was to happen as it would become just more than "rage"

Just keep reporting them, but I will state this, you will receive a email from MS saying that they have received a report but they [MS] can not inform you off any out-comes that may happen.

 

Microsoft does not own YouTube. Google does. Google is now a subsidiary I read of ABC something, or something. Microsoft are also not the government nor the police. And besides, doing so is not illegal. There can be a lot of immature and amateur videos on
YouTube as hello, it's not just adults who participate on YouTube. And governments do not prosecute kids as severely as adults because of maturity and age. However actions you perform "on your xbox" are subject to the xbox rules. Microsoft doesn't exactly
watch the vast array of videos on YouTube and blows the videos. However tampering with the Xbox service including having modded consoles, or sending txt/voice swearing messages "on" Xbox could get you in trouble. I've seen a lot of trolling COD/Minecraft videos
on YouTube. Some of them funny. It also I guess depends on how harsh the swearing is too. I'm a youtuber too and have a PVR to record Xbox/PC/PS4 Pro* gameplay (* got November this year). People can record stuff even without consent and that does not tend
to break any privacy laws, since Xbox Live is a "social online service", not a private service. But if the party chat and game was "invite only" and you were not the host, that may be another story. One of my friends decided to record one of my friends twerking
using her phone because she found it funny. She then uploaded it to her youtube channel, but she took the video down to show some respect.
