Trolling Along Just For Fun...

Irony!........ all these silver troll threads all of a sudden appear....... smellllly!

 

We need trolls and quite honestly they can be a good laugh. I didn't watch that video though but I'm assuming it was talking about grievers? Even they play a role in the gaming world. I don't grief people except in Forza. I never grief but for some reason
I did it in Forza 5 and got a lot of laughs out of it. I feel bad when I think about it now.

This account is for gaming and posting , it is totaly seperate from "real life " emails , credit cards and online banking .

Look what happened to the Psn a few years ago ..

Thousands of people thought their details were secure , unification would be a cyber criminals dream come true.

 

Linking everything would be an awful thing to do.

 

While I realize linking everything could have a potential danger to it like Silver says, I don't think they would do something like that without some serious protections, similar to your SSN, After all, a lot of it would have to do with your own privacy
(which is kind of ironic, since all the info would be online). I would like to say though that in a lot of cases, it's usually the individual person's fault as to why they were compromised anyways, not necessarily because of the system in place. I honestly
don't think it would be much different from the way things are now...

 

I think society today has gone soft. Everyone wants something in place to "protect" them against everything that they don't agree with. We need to grow a thicker skin. People need to learn not to let things get to them.

I wish we could sit and debate more things, but people get way too defensive and make it personal when it shouldn't be. The minute they let it affect them and the other side becomes aware of that, it's open season and then the barrage follows. I am guilty
of that myself.

These forums are a perfect example. I have opinions of certain peeps and they have opinions of me. If we ever met in real life, I would bet that those opinions would change. Sitting behind a screen and only seeing it through a virtual world is so much
different than real life.

The only thing I believe we need to do is to put something in place for those that take the extra step to expose people's personal information or do something like swatting. Other than that, nothing needs to be done.

 

@magzin66..... I agree society has gone so soft it is almost rotten. People have no backbones anymore and take 0 responsibility for there actions. Blame this, blame that but don't blame me for what I did!

Regarding these forums, they are a way to interact with people across the world who I wouldn't normally interact with. I have no idea who they are other then by little tid bits they put in there posts. I know them only by there avatar pic.....

Also, as you said, protect our account information (personal stuff) better and leave the rest alone.

I got quite a giggle last night when that silver troll came on here and started posting about Master Chief and Cortana..... and saying stuff about Canadian developers...LOL......
