Troller that MicroSoft or Activision will not do anything about

I have a troller on COD WW2 and MW that MicroSoft and Activision will not do anything about. His/her COD emblem actually is: "[MY NAME] [removed- inapprorpaite]!"

I have reported and reported and reported and nothing happens.

WHY????

make a report, block the player and mute, nothing else to do otherwise wait. The punishment will eventually arrive. Do not give in to answer him.

Did anyone actually read my statement? Why do I need to report it multiple (x20)times to BOTH Activision and MS and there is still nothing?

Just block the player! And if they find a way to continue on you, report again that person

Hi Jose,

If you have followed advice given here, then there is nothing more you can do, until our Enforcement Team get to your report ticket - the same applies to Activision's side.

If you encounter this Gamertag in a match, I would consider backing out of the lobby, so not to make the situation worse. I'm sorry that you are still frustrated, but there is nothing more we can advise, other than to be patient for any outcome.

When have you reported - it usually takes time to take action.

Also I would block the user completely instead of just reporting
