Tritton Kama Headset mic issues

I've had this headset for probably 6 months or so now and the mic used to work fine on my Xbox, now it will not pick up my voice and nobody can hear me online. All other audio works and I can hear my friends perfectly. I've been on the phone with Microsoft
and didn't get anywhere. The mic works flawlessly on my phone so I'm positive the headset isn't the issue, I've also double checked all of my settings for anything that would cause it not to work and everything seems to be set right. It's not muted, my network
is behind a cone NAT.... I'm stumped. Any solutions for this yet?

my Kama Tritton headset was literally broke already when i opened a brand new box. I payed 42 dollars at gamestop.

Hey everybody , i bought a Tritton Kama Headset today and i put the wire in the 3.5 mm jack port and i can't talk and hear my friends talking or the gamesound , but in a physical position , it works , so what to do ?

Follow the instructions the mods give you on the first few pages. Report back to them that you completed the instructions if they don't work. They should give you a survey to help investigative teams.

This has been going on for at least 3 weeks. Absurd.

 

I posted my issue in there, anything to get the ball rolling on this. I feel like this could/should have been fixed by now. Thanks for letting me know about that thread dude

I'm having the same issue here i talked with xbox support for 2 hours and found out if you go through settings and reboot the console through the menus the mic will work for about 30-45 minutes then fail again and now that's not working either. this really
sucks
