Tritton ax pro headset setup for xbox one with headset adapter.

Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone has the tritton ax pro headset and has been able to get it to work with the xbox one. All ideas and tips would be helpfull as I am about to rip my hair out trying to get the chat to work.

undzwar mein chatkabel von meinen headset Tritton Ax Pro ist der 2,5mm stecker gebrochen.

nun benötige ich das neue kabel aber im internet direkt von tritton geht es nicht nach deutschland.

Kann ich auch von einen adapter also von 2,5mm zu 3,5mm stecker darauf zugreifen ?

Mir fehlt nur das chatkabel was in die verbedienung vom headset zum controller geht .

Hi there, looking to buy the tritton ax 720+ headset of an xbox 360, and buying the official adapter to be able to use for the xbox one, are these compatible with the adapter, or is there better headsets that are compatible with the adapter for the similar
price between £80-£100

 

So, I haven't actually found this trick on the internet yet but it's by far the easiest way to get trittons to work with the xbox one. Obviously the issue is that the puck connector that plugs into the 360 does not fit into the controller adapter's 2.5mm
to 3.5mm adapter that it comes with. Well, all I did was rip that little adapter apart. Inside the box of your stereo headset adapter is that little extension cable, the female end has too much plastic around it to plug into the puck connector. I used a small
knife to cut off enough of the plastic that it could fit into the puck, however, i also had to use a pair of pliers to rip some of the plastic on the bottom of the puck off so it would fit as well. I'm having trouble attaching pictures to help you out, but
it's not really too hard, just look at the connections and scrape off whatever is in the way of making the connection.

 

Dante, you gotta have a better way of explaining this lol. My wife REALLY wants me to use my stero headset...and I can, I just can't use a mic. PLEASE send me to a site where you have pics or something. Thanks man!
