Triple Suspension?!?! What on earth is the Enforcement Team thinking

Can someone please explain to me how on earth the Enforcement Team sees merit in triple suspension an account within 5 days?

My Boyfriend (Bulletscar) had his profile suspended 5 days ago because it was deemed offensive? His profile and location has been altered by admin to read "Code of Conduct" I do not see how "South Africa" can be deemed offensive as it is an actual country and
his profile which use to say: I enjoy gaming, not interested in playing with try-hards and people who always want to be #1 (or words to that effect). How is this offensive when hes claims he doesn't want to play with blowhards, no particular naming or shaming
was included. His Profile has not changed much since hes been playing xbox one (which we got when it came out in SA) yet all of a sudden its an issue?

**Also Enforcement Team please note that your communication gave no indication of duration of this "so-called" suspension...

In addition, 2 days ago because of communication, his account is further suspended. now granted after one particular incident his language was a tad colourful upon falling into a troll trap after one particular player got her minions to White Knight her
by constantly harassing him and evidently reporting him, she had 280 followers where she could have easily coerced to assist in additional reporting against my boyfriend.

So here is the kicker, today (2 days after he was suspended for "inproper language" (thanks again to the trollers that caused that fyi -rolls eyes sarcastically-)) he receives another notification from the Enforcement Team saying that he can no longer play
multiplayer games because hes been "Harassing and Threatening other players".

I am no Rocket Scientist but how can he be accused of doing this if hes communication has been blocked for the past 2 days? How is there is any logic to this suspension?

Clearly the Trollers that got him suspended before continued to report him and now hes been accused of Trolling?! Seriously does the Enforcement Team even monitor who and how frequent an account reports the same account? (as in how many times one profile
reports the same player) Or if the one reporting has actually been in the same game session as the one they are claiming is harassing them.

What I'm trying to say is my boyfriend might not be a saint, everyone swears sometimes that's a given, I can't tell you how often 9 year olds claim they've slept with my late mother - trying to act big.

People can and do report Innocent players and do get their friends to assist them to get that particular account banned or suspended for reasons ranging that they have an issue with the player because they were better then the one claiming to be victim (thus
Trollers can be petty).

Therefore over a span on 5 days the Enforcement Team has decided to punish the same account for 3 different offenses, how is this not raising any flags on their systems?! How is this not being investigated particularly the accusation of harassment and threatening
when his communications was blocked?

If I was to conduct a social experiment asking my friends to report me on repetition for the same offences while not being online I wonder what will I find. Will I be notified that my account has also been suspended for profile being deemed offensive; language
and harassment? If this were to happen after the experiment is conducted, it would just expose the flaws in the system wouldn't it....

@tg tryhard, what makes you think the enforcement team double and triple checks anything? because they say they do? And what makes you think we did something wrong? because the enforcement team says we did? You don't know if there is a mistake or there isn't
so stop poking your head in where it doesn't belong

 

Why are we still paying for online if there are advertisements?

All Enforcement matters are handled on the Enforcement website:
http://enforcement.xbox.com

Any actions being placed on the account, even while it's suspended from Xbox Live, may be from reports submitted against the account from days or weeks ago.

Other than that, there's nothing the support forums can do here your boyfriend's account, as the Enforcement team are the only ones in control of the suspensions, and they do not post here.

 

It doesn't matter how long his profile has been on his Xbox. It can have been there for 10 years but once someone reports it, action can be and is taken.

Most of your statement falls under Urban Myth category as false reports are rejected and only valid reports are investigated and acted on. It doesn't really matter whether you believe that or not but 100 false reports are just that, false, and 1 legitimate
report is all it takes to have action taken. I notice you didn't quote exactly what his profile said so nice deflection.

No one can "troll you" unless you respond. Apparently he did and guess what the result was? Just do like most do, block them and move on. retaliation only results in punishment.

Feel free to try your social experiment keeping in mind that multiple false reports will get the complainer banned and not the recipient.
