Hello,

this is my first post at Xbox forums! I had lots of posts om my BoomTech acc back at Microsoft Answers, but anyhow...

Problem list:

1. I believe my account has been corrupted. Whenever i go into my games, tv and movies (even though i don't have any) recent also, I get my xbox game name below:for example.

The picture up top has changed. No longer original, just displays a windows phone game. Even the CD. I think it will last FOREVER if i don't do anything.

2. Why is my Xbox so slow??? Loging on... takes FOREVER!! Have a strong connection, lots-o-storage, but WOW!!!

3. I have updated EVERY single app, as some apps would like to slow me down and UPDATE.

My kills given to someone else online?

I was playing a game of Domination on Convoy, and I called in a Napalm strike right after another guy on my team did. I was shocked when I saw the guy before me got a triple kill, even though it was my Napalm Strike that was called in at the time.

I watched it in theater, and the strike that killed all three people was definitely mine, but he got the points for it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Notice: Make sure to know your account details, i.e password and email address linked with the account, before proceeding.

1) If you believe your account is corrupt, you'll need to connect to Xbox Live, as this will automatically upload your profile to the Xbox servers. Now, go to Setting > Storage > All Devices > Profiles. Then press 'A' on your profile, then select "Delete",
and then "Delete Profile Only". This will delete your profile, but keep all of your gamesaves and content.

Next you'll want to press the guide button and then "Download Profile", enter your account information and you'll soon have your account back, in working condition.

2) Your Xbox maybe slow with logging in due to your account being corrupt. Other than that, the Xbox 360 does take time to log into your profile and into Xbox servers, but it shouldn't be a considerable amount of time.

UPDATE: thanks vah for solving my question! Mabye when the question was released, the xbox office all stopped and tryed to fix my stuff. yeah thats it thanks.

If Xbox cared about loyalty to us xbox members. 19 years of live on my end. They should of sent us a link to purchase them first before they did the preorder. There is almost 5,000 on ebay in comparison to 1,600 for Ps5. Sony did it right because more
gamers got the Ps5 while more scalpers got series x systems.

So this happens!!!! EVERYONE and their mom is sitting and waiting trying to get it. I was right there on the page and as soon as I clicked it was sold out! Let the first batch go out so all the kinks can be fixed then get the new batches. I never buy the
first of anything for that reason. I was just trying to see if I would be lucky enough to get a preorder.

You do realize ps5 sold in mins right? And server issues are upto the vendor Not ms or sony unless you sre talking aboit sonyonline store or ms store

I had no problem getting my preorder in at 3:30pm

And ms has more stock coming in

As of friday last I heard

Retailers probably didnt expect as much demand as they did

They always get hammered on a new release this has nothjngnto do with the console but the mere fact you are trying to get a hotticket item

Common this is 21st century you should know this by now

Sony is flying in stock accordingnto some reports and not expected for weeks

If you are using chrome or safari thata the issue they always have issues with websites this isnt new
