i can't solve the third board. i think i've gotten the maximum score on the first two boards. it looks like you have to solve the third in order to get the required score challenge. anyone solve it? if so, what's the trick?

I solved it. I don't remember how tho. I've solved everything thru the 18th EXCEPT tripeaks on the 10th...need help with that one.

 

How long do you think the Beta will last?

Just played that challenge again and I couldn't find anything particularly tricky. Got 40000+ points in the first 2 boards and then reached 47000 points with 7-8 cards left in the 3rd. Probably don't need to solve the 3rd to complete the challenge. In the
2nd board I think I got a long chain of about 15 cards, which attributed to a big score.

 

I am having the same problem on the 3rd board. How is this a MEDIUM puzzle. I have never NOT been able to complete a puzzle. Especially a medium one. What gives?

 

Well, looks like this challenge is a test to playing style. If you are an elegant player who always go for long chains then you will think it's a pretty easy challenge, but if you just like to scramble for short chains all the time then I guess you'll struggle
to collect points in the 1st 2 boards & won't be able to finish the 3rd.

Here is a walkthrough allowing you to win this challenge without even completing board 2:

By now the challenge should have been won.

In reality you probably don't need to play so perfectly to win this, but I just want to demonstrate how an elegant playing style can make a difference in this game.
