    Today's timed challenge made me say "oh crap!" but I got it on the 2nd try Tripeaks for 14 Apr :)

    Thanks for responding Tripeaks for 14 Apr :) I went back to this one this evening, bound to spend as much time as needed to get it, and I got it in one try!! Guess I just needed to clear all my previous attempts from my brain and start fresh Tripeaks for 14 Apr :)

    Guess you may have solved it already, but here is a tip:

    Leave the 7 or 9 from the base row till late. You need to use it to connect an 8 from the top row.

    Guess you may have solved it already, but here is a tip:

    Leave the 7 or 9 from the base row till late. You need to use it to connect an 8 from the top row.

    I seem to do that, also. I pound away at a Challenge for hours, put it away and go on to something else and try it later only to solve it on the first try. I think, "What was so difficult about this?" Must be the ol' brain crunching away to come up with
    a solution? I dunno.
