Tripeaks achievements won't unlock in Solitaire Collection

My statistics show that I've cleared dozens of boards, but the corresponding TriPeaks achievements won't unlock. The achievements page shows no progress against these. Sync'ing is working fine, as my stats are correct on phone and various PCs. But playing
the game on any of these devices doesn't make progress against the achievements.

Missing

When I open the Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is no Solitaire. I see 5 other games, Free Cell, Spider, TriPeaks, Pyramid & Klondike. How do I add Solitaire?

 

TriPeaks Solitare Spontaneously restarts

In the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, the TriPeaks and Pyramid games have recently been having problems. They both randomly restart a game.

I'm sorry to see any frustrations around achievements! My personal account is able to see previous progress on the TriPeaks achievement that I haven't unlocked on both the Android and PC versions of the game, however I hadn't played that part of the game
in a while. Because of that, I tested this out on both my personal account and this account. I'm definitely seeing what you're seeing.

However, it's not just with TriPeaks. I see it with Pyramid in regards to the counting and not earning those specific achievements as well; I was able to earn a couple of the other achievements in Pyramid. Klondike, Spider, and FreeCell are all counting
appropriately.

Here's what I need from you to get this to the right people. Screenshots of your achievements section in game, and your Statistics showing you have won enough games to get the counters going, and a DxDiag from your PC. If you don't know how to get this,
you hit the Windows Key on your keyboard, type out 'dxdiag' (without the apostrophes), and hit Enter on the result that appears. A window will show up with everything for you. Hit Save All Information... at the bottom; it should default the
save on your desktop. After that, upload it to your
Onedrive, and share the link to the file with me here (or in an Xbox Live message if you do not want to share it publicly). From there, I can funnel this up to the team that can look into this.

It's been a while. Any news?

 

None yet. They are still working on it, and I am expecting to follow up with the team looking into this next week. If I have anything new, I will post back in here for you. I'll have to test any fixes they may do on my work account to ensure when I follow
up with you I can guarantee it's resolved.

The Solitaire collection had an update yesterday. I just tested it out on my account and I noticed that my counters for Tripeaks and Pyramid both increased so hopefully that means it's working again.

Can you give it a whirl and let us know so we can confirm if the counters are fixed?
