Trim recorded DVR clip

Discus and support Trim recorded DVR clip in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When i have saved e.g. the last 5 minutes recording of the game via game dvr, how can i trim the clip e.g. to only have the 3 minutes i actually want....     Trim recorded DVR clip


    When i have saved e.g. the last 5 minutes recording of the game via game dvr, how can i trim the clip e.g. to only have the 3 minutes i actually want.

    I tried using upload studio, but after trimming it only gives me the option of uploading to a website not to same back on the xbox one.

    Is there a way to trim the video and then either save as a new file on the console or ideally overwrite the 5 minute clip.

    I want to trim the recorded video from
    the game, download it,
    click "Trim" to trim,
    save, run to see what happened
    and clip begins at the same
    moment at the beginning of seizing (twitch)
    and then goes well, and
    as with any clip.

    Xbox trimming not working

    I have been trying to trim one of the videos I recorded, and when I go to accept the trim, I will sit for like 10 minutes to eventually have it say error we can not trim your clip. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Does anyone know how to edit video and put it back on your xbox one?

    From the Game DVR screen within the Xbox app, you can access and edit all game clips recorded on Windows 10, as well as clips shared from your Xbox One. Editing in the Xbox app is restricted to Trim at this time. For more info:

    It looks like your Game DVR components has something to do with the error message that you are getting. Here is a

    Keep us posted the outcome to guide you with further troubleshooting steps.
    This doesn't make any sense. Why would I need help with recording, when it is a share game clip issue? Why did you respond with something I clearly do not need. The clip already has been recorded, and trimmed. For the record, without any help from support,
    I was able to find the solution to my problem.

    [/quote]You can go back by 5 minutes when you open up the DVR Snap. Then you can trim the clip in the Upload studio. It's rather addictive.

    With the game DVR you can end clip and go back 5 minutes. Then you can trim it down however you like.
