    Tried Updating Cold War and encountered and error


    I was going to let Cold War update recently, only to come back to the game not updating. I then restarted my console, and now it is making me install the whole game back. All I need to know is if my game data, such as multiplayer, will save.

    I tried to update my cold war (on disc) and I waited 4 hours and it stayed at 0% the whole time so I turned my console off and on again and now my cold war has vanished from "my games and apps" and my disc no longer works in my console so I have no idea what to do

    It’s not an internet connection issue. Other games and updates install just fine. I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall COD: Black Ops Cold War from my library and it says it is corrupt.
