    Tried to refund a pre-order but was denied


    I wanted to cancel my pre-order of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War because of the Playstation exclusive mode that was revealed this week, i think it's not right to pay the same price and get less, and the denied my refund because i ordered more than 14
    ays ago, i think this a situation that i should be getting a refund, as it's a vital information that was not avaiable at the time i bought the game.

    Hello Given,

    Sorry for the issue with the refund. If you were denied you can reply to that email and appeal it. State that it was a pre order and that. Personally have noticed they have been getting a lot tougher on refunds.

    Can u guys please refund my 5000 vbucks

    I have been denied a refund for a digital game.

    This game is a pre order, and is not currently released, therefore I have had zero gaming time on the product.

    The pre order was purchased more than 14 days ago, however, as stated above, I have not yet had access to the game. It has not been played. It's not fair to punish players for being excited and pre ordering several weeks/ a couple months in advance.

    Sorry, I know it's not the answer you want, but it sounds like you did get what you purchased. If you already tried submitting a refund request and it was denied, you can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but refunds are not always guaranteed.
