Tried to redeem prepaid card, got error 80190848 and now it says "already redeemed"

That is a strange error message for a prepaid card. Which country is your gamertag set up for and which country was the card for?

If they both match (eg. GT: US, card: US) then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance as this would be a billing issue.

If the countries are different then the amount will be stored on your account just inaccessible as the regions do not match. You would need to do a region change to access the amount.

If this is the case be aware that a region cannot be changed again for 90 days.

I also have this issue. Live Gold time doesn't work either. Any code in general I imagine.

"If you receive a message that the code has already been redeemed, make sure you haven't redeemed it yourself with another Microsoft account.

If there are other people in your home who have access to your codes, make sure they have not redeemed them.

Note: Once a code has been redeemed on a Microsoft account, the content cannot be transferred to the correct account.

If it turns out that none of your known accounts have redeemed the code, then If you're still unsure what the issue with your code might be, we recommend reaching out to aka.ms/contactxboxsupport, or contact Contact the dealer who sold it to you to request a replacement code.

Make sure you provide as much information as possible, including proof of purchase, code, and error."

Are you getting any error codes when redeeming the codes? are you redeeming straight from the console or have you tried via the website? Also I'm assuming your using a prepaid card and not purchasing the points with a credit card
