    Tried to redeem a 3 month live code and keep getting error.


    When I put the error code into xbox.com/errorcodes it doesn't recognise the code! I've contacted the supplier who has asked me to take it up with microsoft but because it won't recognise the error code, I can't contact them.

    Hi there I'm trying yo redeem a 3 month xbox live gold membership code but keep getting this error code Xbos-0x801613FB I have also tried on the console and same thing happens?

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Hi, it was purchased from Amazon UK. I have managed to redeem the code for the 3 months Live Membershio without any problems. I am just getting the error message for the £10 credit code.

    Exact same issue, i have tried renewing the same Xbox live 12 month subscription code multiple times and get "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."
