Tried to purchase Destiny: Rise of Iron and getting "Working" on the purchase button

I have been trying to purchase the Destiny: Rise of Iron DLC for the past 5 hours, and when I click on "Buy $29.99" the button turns to saying "working." Does anyone know what this is about?

Destiny Rise of Iron issue

I seem to be getting something different.

I can't easily find "Destiny: Rise of Iron" in the store pages without doing a manual search for "Rise of Iron".

I get an add-on page for ROI, but there's no purchase/pre-order options. There's only a message that says "(!) Destiny: Rise of Iron is currently not available."

Preordering Rise of iron

Hi all,

In order to purchase Destiny: Rise of Iron you must make sure your account which is trying to purchase Rise of Iron owns Destiny: The Taken King. That is required to be able to purchase Rise of Iron.

Now if you have finished that step then you have a few methods of which you can buy the DLC:

1. You can sign into your account via this link here:
www.microsoft.com/.../c3tbg0pc3fc9 and buy the DLC

Or

2. Launch your game and under the director select the icon for Rise of Iron and select purchase and try to purchase the DLC.

Now you also could try searing the Store on your Xbox One for "Destiny: Rise of Iron" but if you do make sure it says "Pre-Order" otherwise you will run into the issue of it stating it can only be bought in a bundle.

i too have had this issue. when i try to purchase it on the Xbox One Store it just keeps says its "working" and nothing happens. I tried to purchase ot from the online store and its says its only part of a $60 bundle; which is totally incorrect. could you
guys please look into this?

To get rise of iron purchased and downloaded do this...

In the store search bar, type in... Destiny - The Collection Upgrade and select it.

Under " In this bundle" you will see "Destiny Rise of Iron"... select it.

Select purchase and you should be good. I tried multiple different ways to do this between codes and purchase and this was the only way I didn't get any error messages. Thanks again to Robin at Microsoft for all the help figuring it out for my son.
