Tried to delete my profile for one problem..now I have two

So I was attempting to fix one problem in which I would be disconnected from XBL for no reason at all right when I signed in but after taking the correct steps to fix it, I cannot re-download my profile do to some message saying that "Profiles can't be
downloaded right now". If anyone has any way of fixing this so I can return to playing games with MY profile and also online please help. Thank you

Not working for me either. I have tried to delete and re-download my XBOX one profile and also removed the local save. Both did not solve the problem.

 

Gamertag switching question

This is a known problem that Microsoft is working on. For now have you tried deleting that re downloading the profile to your xbox?

I had the same issue last night, but what I did to make it work was that I deleted my profile from the console, and I was able to redownload it fine. give that shot and see if it works man

 

Well, that is the thing. I did delete it but I cannot re-download it due to some silly error.

 

yeah there is a service alert out for managing accounts, such as downloading here man check it out

I was finally able to re-download my profile and it seems both problems are now fixed
