Tried to change Gamertag and was charged multiple times....what do I do now?

- Log in to your PayPal account.

- Go to the Resolution Center.

- Click View next to the dispute you want to escalate.

- Click Escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim near the bottom of the page.

- Follow the instructions.

- Click Escalate to a claim.

i have an xbox360 with a 2year payment plan were im being charged every month i have different gamertags but the one im getting charged every month is not letting me log in i clearded the cache 3 times multiple time i delete the gamer tage hold the power
button 10 seconds disconnect the power 30 seconds changed passwords changed what the avatar is wearing called xbox doing everything there telling me to checking the wifi everything work on other gamertages but not the one were im getting charged every month
they told me to explain my issues on here please help m

You did when you created the account

When you have a custom gamertag already you do t qualify for it

It only when you have an auto generated name

Usually an emotion fluffy animal and a number

Since you don't have that you don't qualify

For example happybunnie345

Would be an example

I never used it until I tried change my username and it didn't change.
