    Tried to add 3 months of Gold, received error without a code for it.


    Went to Walmart and got the card, rung it up, paid for it, came home and scratched it. Typed it in, it came up, but had the error. Said it'd be investigated, didn't give me gold. Am I out of 25 dollars now? Why did it decline to begin with?

    Tried searching the codes, letters and numbers but apparently they don't exist in the error index. What.

    Also tried on the website. Same thing happened.

    Attempting to redeem a 12 month subscription card for xbox live gold. Tried 3 times. Received the same error message each time.

    So i have been on xbox for 3 weeks without gold now and i see a one month gold. I click on it add the billling subscription but it makes this error every time i confirm it?

    Hello,

    I just got, 3 months Gold membership prepaid card. Now I've been trying to redeem code from hours now but so far without success. I've tried them on console itself and PC.

    On console I get error that the code is not valid and on website, it recognize the code like "Prepaid 3M Xbox LIVE Gold" but when I click on confirm it says "Something went wrong", try again later.

    I tried change locale, but also without success. I am from Lithuania.

    Maybe can help?

    I tried buying the xbox live gold using my girlfriends brothers Xbox. I received the same error on his.

    I'm going to buy a 3 month card to see if that works.

    If it's for 3 months then it's a regular code so yes, it'll add to the 12 you already have. You can add up to 36 months of gold at a time.

    Yes depending you the code received it could extend your Gold membership by 3, 6 or 12 Months so long as it's an Xbox live gold code

    If you add a full gold code, it will overwrite the remaining time left on your trial and start the 3 months.
