Tried signing in on Xbox one, was told to set password redoes password

- Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.
- Remove the account you are experiencing issues with.

- Turn your console on.
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Once you are done, restart your console and try signing in again.

Like WailXBL said once a change in password happens the next time someone tries to sign into your account on any Xbox One it will require the new password.

If they are already signed in the best thing to do is for you to sign into any Xbox One with the new password and this will sign them out of the console and then if they try and sign in it will require them to sign into the account with the new password.

It will be your Microsoft account Password will it not?

You can go into the setting and adjust/redo the Kinect setup etc.

In the Xbox's settings you can set it to auto-sign in and not require a password on bootup. You could change your password, enter the new password yourself, and set it to auto-signin without a password so no one but you ever needs to know the new password.
This is how I have my Xbox set up and I never have to enter my password.

PROBLEM ONE: I cannot sign in this particular Xbox to enable 'remember password'...It is enabled on my other Xbox but when I ask it (tell it, stare at it, get angry with it, then touch it) to enable profile to be signed in with or without a password on another
console I am told there are no other consoles?
