Tried signing in mutable times still won't let me sighn in what do I do?

I have a profile on the xbox and played for a couple of days and now have gold and achievements. When I tried to sign up for an xbox live account it wouldn't let me. It takes me back to the profile page where the other two people in the house have profiles.
my wife was able to set a an account online, but it still won't let me sign in, what can I do?

i have tried all of what was recommended to me to fix it and none of them worked. i don't know what to do now, it still doesn't let me sign in

Depends on what your doing. I tried playing Madden 15 on my xbox one while my kids were playing minecraft on the 360 and no dice. I could play as long as I didn't sign in. It won't let me play Madden Ultimate Team unless I do sign in so....

Thank you for your response, i have tried adding a new one and it still won't let me delete it. I will call LIVE support and see what they can do about it!
