Tried password recovery but failed

Discus and support Tried password recovery but failed in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i tried to reset password on the given link by a advisor and i done everything and then i got an email back saying not valid or enough information...     You lost password once the other get control of your xbox live account and recovery of gamertag failed.

    I have created a new account as I could not remember my password and all recovery attempts failed. Can I merge the accounts together?

    Hi,

    Please contact support
    support.xbox.com/contact-us     and tell them you have tried to recover your password but failed and you have a recovery ID (ACSR number). They will ask more details regards your account and console (so make sure you are close to the console) and pass them
    over to Advocacy Team. Advocacy Team will review the case and the account if determines you are the rightful owner they will provide you a password reset link to your contact email.
