Tried connecting my xbox account, got error and now I still cant connect.

Hello I need some help. Today i tried connecting my account to Xbox Live for the first time. However during the register I got an error after picking my password. I did get an confirmation email and I confirmed it but I cant actually log on to my xbox live
on my xbox anyway.

My internet works fine and it can connect to Xbox live. Is there anyway to fix this problem or should i just redo it?

xbox live no go

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

If you are still getting a notified of a suspension you're account will probably become un-suspended at midnight. If you are getting a cant connect message/error visit:

support.xbox.com/.../cant-connect-to-xbox-live-solution

If you just created your account and you're having trouble logging in, you should still be able to reset your current password. Let's give that a try.

At the Microsoft account login screen, click "Forgot your password", and go through the onscreen steps to reset your password. On the Xbox 360, make sure you log in with the same Microsoft Account, and you should be able to connect it to Xbox Live.

That didnt help sadly. My xbox isnt registering my user to my Microsoft account. So i simply just made a new xbox live account and it worked this time. But thank you for the help!

no errors just "cant connect to xbox live. select test connection to troubleshoot, or try downloading your profile again". and when i do test my connection everything is fine, i just tried downloading my account again and got "sorry, xbox live profiles cant
be dowloaded right now. try again later. 80150016"

i tried deleting the system cache and reset to the network factory default. then i shut my xbox off and turn it back on. i went through the connection test and it went through succesfully. but i still cant login to xbox live. i tried using my other account
and it can log on just fine. so i tried deleting the current profile and download it back to my console. now i cant download. i lost it. i got error saying "sorry, xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. try again later". but when i delete my other
account and download it, that works fine. its something to do with my current account. Microsoft, PLEASE fix this issue!

this is very frustrating.

Yea I tried all that. Still cant connect. Im connected to the internet, have an xbox live account, it just wont connect.
