Tricked into Com-Ban (reoponed)

I see you have created a new thread about the same situation, so as this is in violation to the Xbox
Forum Guidelines I will be locking this thread.

Xbox is full of whiny little cry babys who report people because they feel offended my cousin played on my account and got it suspended while i was at work and didn't know till the next day which it wasn't my fault but no these[Mod Removed
– Profanity]workers and enforcement people gotta suspend people even thought it wasnt there fault and enforcement team is no help you cant even talk to them people direct which is
[Mod Removed – Profanity] we should be able to talk to enforcement directly through chat or something so we can explain to them but nope that's ugly I'm about to trash xbox and go to PC where I can do what I want and not deal with

To cut a long story short somebody in the video game I was playing was asking me to kill a teammate in-game (To prevent him from being removed due to inactivity). I didn't really care I didn't know either of them but he was very persistent so I sent
him a message to [Mod Removed – Profanity]and you can see exactly what he was setting me up for in hindsight but I didn't think anything of it... a couple hours later I've been removed for profanity.

I'm upset to say the least both at them and me in my naivety.

thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums enfortenly there nothing much we can do. Am pretty much same with XBF Brad A just submit a review on the Enforcement page.

also advise you not to do that mistake again if someone ask you to do it block them if the become offesive towards you report them.

Sorry for the issue with the ban. The only thing we can do here is direct you to
Enforcement site. This is where you can file a case review if the ban is longer than one day. We recommend in the future to just report, block, and ignore them so this don't happen
again.

Being the ban is for 24 hours you will just have to wait it out.

Keep this in mind you say that it was not your fault that your account got suspended.

You left YOUR account unsecure on your xbox so that allowed your cousin to get onto it and do things that violated the code of conduct. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your account is secure at all times so that things like this do not happen.

When the enforcement team receives a report it does not tell them who was playing on the account at the time just that the account was signed in and violated the code of conduct. So even if you were able to talk to them and "claim" that your cousin was the
one playing at the time there is no way for them to tell who was playing at the time and have to go by the account being signed in and suspend the account itself.
