Trials missing acorns

I'm having the same issues. I've reinstalled the game..reset my xbox and all. Any solutions?

Does it appear as an add-on if you go to "Manage Game" on Trials Rising? If so, you might need to reinstall it.

If that doesn't work, you might be better contacting Xbox Support so they can either fix it or reimburse your purchase.

Hello, I believe if you delete the item from your downloads, and try and re-download it, it may fix this issue

Try Resetting your xbox by holding the power button for 15 seconds,

The final bit of advice however may be to re-activate your account as the primary home xbox, you can do so by going to settings>personalization>my home xbox>make this my home xbox

Please do the following:

1. Exit Trials Rising and restart the game.
2. Ensure the Microsoft account you used to purchase the Acorns is tied to your Xbox gamertag.
3. Check if any family accounts are associated with the Microsoft account you used to purchase the Acorn pack.

Ive done this several times. Im deleting the game and reinstalling it hope it helps. Ive also held my power button as well so we shall see

Xbox refused me a refund. I'm still waiting for my acorns
