Trials fusion - yet another game with screen tearing!

@Marky I like the games too and I am also not very good at them. I find easy a bit tricky, so I dread to think how bad I will be on hard lol.

But personally for me I think the price is fair for what you get. The players created tracks will give you endless of new tracks to try and beating my times on the single-player.

I get pretty bad tearing on trials fusion at the top of the screen, gets annoying and distracts me from the game.

 

Screen tearing .. Will it be fixed ?

The games with more screen tearing are:

Titanfall, amazing spiderman 2 , trials fusion.

there are only three for now and with any fixed for resolution you could do something to resolved .

Funny as I thought Trials was a trial version of a game called Fusion at first. I was actually looking for the trial button before I went ahead and purchased it. It seems like a 360 arcade game to me.

 

I still have not witnessed ANY screen-tearing on ANY of my games, many of which are games that you guys have mentioned.

 

There's pretty bad screen tearing in this on some of the levels. One of the worst is the first track that swings around a bit in 3D - that tears pretty much constantly.

If people can't see it, it's probably because they don't know what it is, because it's really bad on some levels. Thankfully, it doesn't affect the majority of the levels at all though.

The other gripe I have with this game is how long it takes the bike selection screen to load in. It appears, but the bikes don't load in for over 10 seconds.

 

You need to go to spec savers lol

 

I never noticed any screen tearing, but I'm pretty sure I blink at the exact moments it happens.

 

Sigma, give me the exact name of the level and I will actively look for it.

 

If you constantly look for flaws you will find them.

 

Cant speak for other games but its definitely an issue on titanfall from what ive seen. And like some others have said its certainly not a game breaker, more annoying and disappointing really.

 

I really have never seen this happen yet...

Couldn't this be a Television or Connections issue?

 

Before the MS fanboy start going into defensive mode....

The screen tearing, frame rate drops and overall poor graphics are occurring on both systems and will more than likely be the same next week on the PC. It's being talked about in every gaming site that has a Trials forum.

If your getting frame rate drops it can be fixed or reduced by playing offline. Those that have tested it say that the game continually connecting to Uplay servers is causing some of the FPS drops.

It's not a console issue just a game released to soon and we wait for a patch...hopefully.

 

@listed mia. I think thats possible. Theres definitely a performance difference depending on your tv. Not sure if that would go as far as screen tearing though.

 

So my Opinion here is. They're is variables to this situation, what we just discussed. Plus the User's Upload connection Speed. Plus maybe they have friends or family also using their connections at the same time clogging up the bandwidth.

So its not just the Xbox's Fault, it could be Operator Error.

I think thats why it seems some are infected while others are not.
