Trials Fusion Multiplayer connectivity issues

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current connectivity issues in Trials: Fusion. I would like to clarify what kind of troubleshooting steps have you been able to go through? Is the issue only present with this game? Do you
have any other games with the same issue? have you uninstalled and re-installed the game?

Ubisoft support does have an article in regards to connection issues with Trials Fusion check it out

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this issue. Just to confirm you are able to play all other games online multiplayer style? You can test it out with some free to play games like Fortnite or Warframe. I've been hearing good things about
Apex: Legends and that is also free to just install and play. Also you should update everything if there is an update available especially if it is for Trials: Fusion. Let us know with a reply how it goes!

OMG...…..I don't know what happened. But I have been working on this for 4 days and last night I shut it down because NAT was still at moderate and I had no connection. I also disconnected modem and reset xbox before checking to see if it worked.....AND
IT DID NOT. . Now today I turn on xbox to start working to fix again today and I can't believe my eyes...…..but somehow magically it is working on multiplayer and says I have and open NAT. WHAT? I don't know what fixed it, but I don't think it was me.

I have uninstalled and then installed the game again. I have tried resetting the modem. I have tried putting in another ip address although I think it changed the one to my computer not the xbox. I have tried opening ports though I am not sure if I put
in the right ones and how to put those in I am not sure if I had all the information and now it's just all messed up I assume. I am still able to connect to the internet and to play games just still no multiplayer. I'm not sure but when this all started
I could access mp on other games but that game needs an update now and I don't want to do anything else like an update until I get this issue resolved. It worked in the past and then just stopped. I first put in 443 for the global port and the base port
as well. Didn't work. So then I put in a new ip but like I said it made my computers ip change not the xbox. But at that time I also changed the global port range to include the range of all ports it said it needed but on the xbox it had different port
that did not fit in that range? so I am so confused and don't know what to do from here and don't want to lose my internet all together. I don't know what to do....Thanks for you help.

Trials Fusion is my biggest letdown. No multiplayer patch that was promised after a month on the shelves.
