Trials Fusion DLC Empire of the Sky Can't Download

Hey, everyone! Sorry for the radio silence on my end here. I see that you are still affected, and I am very sorry to see this. I have no update for you right now, but we are still working on it. Once I have more information, I'll post back for you guys.

 

Hey again, guys. I'm getting a report that Empire of the Sky should be resolved. Can you test it out for me and let me know your results? If it's still not downloading for you, I'd like to pass that information along to the investigating teams.

"download stopped" and "can't download" balloons still come up after a long wait on both pending and bouncing between 0% and 1%.

 

it has been one month now. maybe it is time for the problem to be escalated. at the very least the DLC should be removed until such time that it is fixed so no one else in affected.

 

Hey, VEGEMITE! This issue has been passed along to the appropriate teams once I originally posted that it had been bubbled up. I can assure you that we're working on getting the DLC back up and running. We keep the content up while investigating because
if we need users like yourself to test if it is now working, it's readily available. Sometimes users even come in stating it's working before we update you all stating that it's been resolved!

I am incredibly sorry to see that it has been a bit to resolve the downloading issue. Once I have more information about the DLC, I will post back in here for you all. Please do provide updates as often as you like so that we have as much information as possible
to pass along to the investigating teams.

 

Speaking of what I just posted, I have terrific news! I've got a report that this DLC should be able to be downloaded. If you could, please attempt to download and post up your results! If you are still unable to, we'll want to get that information passed
on as soon as possible.

t finally downloaded for me. I'm not sure if this made a difference, but I quit to the dashboard while it was still pending (it was pending for several minutes) and then it successfully downloaded for me.

The same issue occurred for Welcome to the Abyss as well at one point but seemed to resolve itself sooner. I hope the upcoming 3 addons will not have these problems.

Thank you Microsoft or Ubisoft or both of you however you should really be ashamed of how long it's taken the both of you to finally address this issue. Corporations continuing support for products they've released seems to be getting shorter and shorter
all the time. Maybe there should be legislation written to protect consumers from this type of thing if corporations can't properly regulate themselves.

Just purchased a season pass and empire of the sky will not download. riders of the rustland and welcome to the abyss have downloaded though, could you please look into this?
