Trials Fusion DLC Empire of the Sky Can't Download

Wish this would get sorted out!! £15.99 for dlc's that you cant download I won't be wasting my money on anything else till this has a concrete resolution!

Trials Fusion DLC Empire of the Sky fails to download

Purchased Trials Fusion and Season Pass as a 50 % daily deal. 2 of the 3 DLCs downloaded without issue. The second DLC Empire of the Sky oscillates between 0 and 1 percent progress then fails with the message Can't download trials fusion doc empire of the
sky.

All local potential also fixes have been performed: cache has been cleared, game updates and associated files have been deleted or uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. The HDD has 30 GA of free space. The issue does not appear to have anything to with my
console. No other download has ever failed for me in this manner. I note that this is not unique - other users have reported this specific error since the DLC was nominally released.

Can this download be fixed? Will other parts of the season pass also fail?

Enough time has surely passed since this DLC was released for the download issues to have been rectified, given that this issue was identified for the outset.

 

Cannot download 'Empire of the Sky DLC' for Trials Fusion

I purchased the trials fusion season pass a few days ago, i was able to download the 'Riders of rustland' DLC fine but the Empire of the Sky DLC doesn't get past 0% before I get the error message 'Cannot download Empire of the Sky'. I have tried clearing
the cache, deleting the whole game and re-installing.

To add insult to injury, once I'd re-downloaded the game it started displaying pink and purple pixels instead of the foreground and background textures whilst playing the game.

My Xbox 360 is barely 2 months old so it can't be the console. I've ran a speed test on my broadband and thats working fine.

I am sorry to see that more have you been experiencing this issue now. If you could like to inquire about the possibility of a refund, you will need to
contact us via phone or chat support. However, if you receive a refund, once this issue is resolved, you will need to purchase it again to access it. You will not be charged again for the DLC as long as you did
not receive a refund, though.

We appreciate all of your patience and constant vigilance in keeping us updated! Once I have more information for you, I will post back in here.

 

I cant download Empire of the Sky either and now I cant download Into the abyss either and i have season pass. What the Fudge

 

well somehow i managed to get welcome to the abyss but still cant download empire of the sky. weird????

 

Thanks for the update, messa! I can confirm that Abyss should be working now, so go ahead and give that a try after you reboot your console. We are still working on Empire of the Sky. Once I get more information, I will post back for you all! Again, thanks

Abyss worked for me today, but empire still not downloading. hope this gets sorted soon

 

well welcome to the abyss is downloaded why cant i get empire of the sky back. what the frack???

 

I mean it was bought and pay ed for without the season pass i bought season pass and i still cant play it again. Im so confused

 

Just confirming that Abyss is working and Empire isn't

 

Ive never experienced this through my Xbox history for 3 years. This is insane on why this is happening.

Good to see that Ubisoft has a a healthy sense of urgency for their customers' satisfaction. Bravo guys, it's been a month! None of us care whose fault it is anymore. Just fix it. The fact is that it's both corporation's fault for not taking action to resolve
this by now regardless of who originally caused it. So, whenever Microsoft and Ubisoft find it convenient for themselves could they pretty please consider possibly delivering the product we've purchased from them?
