    I bought ea access so I could play fifa 19 trial at £20 I am meant to have 10 hours to play but I have only played it for 4 and abit hours and it wont let me play it any more ??????????

    Helli i my xbox live gold doesn't work.

    Trial codes are a little tricky. Not all trial codes allow access to all games since it's a trial.

    And some trial codes will not work if you've had a trial subscription before.

    You're best bet it to try and buy a subscription

    Hey Dave,

    Make sure you were closing out FIFA 19, every time you stopped playing as the timer for it would still count down as explained when you launched the game as well as our Customer
    Support     site. For assistance in regards to your missing early access time, please refer over EA Support.

    Game Pass 14 Days Trial vs. 1 Month Trial?!

    Don't enter the 1 month trial until after the 14 day trial. If you do you lose the 14 day trial. You should be able to activate the 1 month trial after the 14 day trial is over.

    A trial is a trial. Most trials are specific to the game they came with. They do not offer full access to Gold features which includes Gold only games or trials. In the case of the Halo 4 trial card, this means you will be able to access online multiplayer
    for Halo 4 only.

    You should read the find print on the back of the trial card.
