Trial version of game taking priority over dis

I’ve started to have this issue with my copy of Overwatch recently. I previously installed the trial version of Overwatch for the free play days, I then purchased a disc for the game afterwards. Every time I load up the disc on my xbox it loads the
game but in trial mode, making the game completely unplayable. Some things to add is the disc is not damaged in any way nor is my disc drive this copy of Overwatch has been played on another console recently, and all my other discs work just fine. This has
only started happening recently and on a very rare occasion the game will boot up properly. Would love some more info on this bug/issue.

Try Uninstall the Trial Version Firs, then go in App Home > Games > Done to Install and then Remove Press Start over the Game Selected and Delete so then try putt the Disc into your console and open the game

Uninstall the Trial version then insert the disc and reinstall it.

I tried looking it up multiple different ways and couldn't find anything relevant other than an FAQ of sorts that wasn't really helpful.

I would recommend double checking a few things. Make sure your console is the home Xbox and is connected to Xbox Live properly. After that, delete the game and install it fully of the disc. I had that problem with Destiny 2 and that's what I did and it fixed
it. Uninstall it, restart the Xbox, and install it fully off the disc. If the error persists try and contact support, they're the people who know exactly what to do.

Well, so much for that advice. I checked again way beyond 72 hrs and the license for the trial still holds priority over the full version being available. Any help appreciated.

I use them, but I'm on the priority 3 package which suits my needs perfectly. I've been with them for over 4 years and I'm a happy customer. Their turnaround is very fast (takes a day for them to receive and a day for me to get a new game), and with being
on the priority package more often than not I get a new game sent out to me for the day of release.

I think they have a 21 day free trial so you should deffo give them a go. I'm certainly not disappointed with their service.
