    I am having an issue with a copy of Tom Clancy's Wildlands. I own the full game but for some reason, when I insert the disc it doesn't allow me to install it. I have a trial version that I must have downloaded shortly before purchasing the whole game (this
    was a while back that I purchased the disc so I can't remember the exact specifics), and I can only install this. Predictably, at the point of this running out I was locked out of the game.

    Inserting the disc does nothing to remedy this, and doesn't give the usual prompt to install the game. I am advised on the console to go purchase the full version from the Xbox store, but already own the physical copy of the game. There doesn't seem to be
    anyway to permanently remove the trial from my library even when uninstalled.

    How do I go about removing this so that I can play this game that I have already purchased in full?

    disk wont play

    You will need to uninstall the trial version of the game. Then install the game from the disc.

    The console picks up that you only have the trial version rights and not the full game of the disc.

    did you by any chance install the trial version of the game? Because I remember initially they launched the trial version and then the full version

    Perhaps delete the trial and then reinstall (make sure you dont install the trial version but the full version)

    I got a game disc, but it says “Trial” under it

    Try removing the trial version of the game, and then reinstalling the game via the disc to be able to play the full game.

    Did he either update the trial to the complete version or has he removed the trial version and installed the full version of the game?

    Are you certain that his Xbox is indeed your home console now.

    This only happens with Overwatch, no other games?
