Trial version even buying the full version

Suddenly all of my games are trial versions allthough I have purchaced them. Please help!

Is it possible to download the full versions of delisted XBLA games if I redownload the trial?

I have redownloaded several trial version of XBLA games that have been delisted.

I was wondering if I could download the full version from the trials that I have so I can play the full versions and unlock Achievements.

Problems about Games and Account

Recently, I have newly bought a new console of slim XBOX360. Then, I passed my gaming data to new console from an old XBOX360 by using USB memory stick. After this, I found that there are problems about the games storing in the console.

Some of the full game turned back into Trial version. In my case, they are Guardian Heroes, Trial HD, Outrun Arcade. So, I checked my purchase record. I have found no record about buying them in full version. Instead, the record shows me that I download
trial version before.

Yes, before having the full version, I downloaded the trial version first. Then, I bought the MS points and change the game into full version.

I have bought others games too like Castle Crashers and Ikaruga. I done similar things as above mentioned. But, I do not have such problem for them.

For the game that turn into trial version, the only record I have is that the achievement and points I have gained while having the full version of game.

Please explain what happen to this. Thank you.

This could be because of connection, along with many other things that can trigger a problem like this. Mainly, if the Xbox does not think you have a licence for those games, you will get a demo/trial version of the game. This could be caused by loss of
connection or been signed out of Xbox Live. If you have set your Xbox as your accounts home Xbox, then this will cancel out the connection theory of mine.

Please answer the following:

1. Are you connected to Xbox Live?
2. Are you signed into your Microsoft Account/Gamertag on your console?
3. Has your console just been updated?
4. Is your Xbox Console set as your Home Xbox?

What you can try is removing your Account from your Xbox and re adding your Account again. If you do not know how to do this, please follow my instructions below:

1. Press the Guide button on your Xbox One Controller,
2. Navigate to your Account,
3. Select your Account,
4. Select Remove

Once you have done that, please press and hold your Xbox One's Power Button and wait for it to completely shut down. This will clear the consoles cache. Once you have done this, please then turn your Xbox One console back on and add your profile back onto
your Xbox One console.
