Trial spam

His gold may've just run out or he could be spamming trials.

Hi,

I watched more than 90min and the trial finished the 28th of february.

I payed for 1 month who finished the 28 of March.

Since, I canceled the sub but no news at all. Just spam to propose me to renew...

It's entirely possible you had a two week trial instead of a year gold sub. That would be my guess since it ran out at that mark.

Definitely check your email to see if you were sent an activation confirmation, if its not in your inbox make sure to check the junk/spam folder.

I signed up to this trial on 2nd June on my PC so the code should have been sent to my email address which hasn't. Yes I have looked into spam/junk folder, there's nothing there. The advert states I would have received the code within the 30 days trial
but it is now day 31 and no code has ever been sent and there's no code attached to my account as confirmed by chat support. I have been directed here in order to get my code.
