    Trial message shows on startup


    Hi guys,

    I downloaded the trial of Recore then purchased (via a redemption code) at the end of the trial - happy days, the game is working.

    However, every time I turn my PC on I get the popup: "You've reached the end of the trial, Did you like it? Buy the full game! See Store below".

    How can this be disabled?

    I have problem with my xbox one. It won't startup and It shows message with error "0x800706ba"!!!!

    Credit Card charged twice

    Played the Tomb Raider free trial. selected option to buy. Paid but no message and back to screen to pay. Paid again. Still shows option to pay and shows as free trial. Then reset xbox and now shows I own the game. Looked at payment history on Xbox.com and
    show I have paid twice. How do I get the 2nd cancelled?

    Hi,

    The pop-up message you're getting is an indication that the game trial expired and you'll need to purchase the full game in order to permanently get rid of it. The workaround you may perform is to disable apps notifications from the
    Settings menu. Here are the steps:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Notifications & actions.
    4. Under Get notifications from apps and other senders, select
      Off      .

    If you've purchased the full game and you're still getting the pop-up message, we suggest running the apps troubleshooter and checking if there are updates available for the game. Refer to the following links for the steps:


    If the same instance occurs, kindly uninstall and reinstall the game. This can help resolve corrupted game files. Refer to

    Ah you legend, the apps troubleshooter may have done the trick (it fixed some cache). 2 restarts and a cold boot and I haven't seen the pop-up yet.
