Trial Membership Code not working

My friend had given me 2 trial memberships and one of them work and it ended after 2 days. The trials being 2 days each. But I keep getting this code when I redeem the second trial from the xbox website "XBOS-3010 5468cbbf-fc4b-4ea6-a863-7cfb93ae2cd7". Someone
please help because I cant tell if its been used already or its not working at all and has expired. Thank you

Create an additional profile on your xbox, skip the gold membership page and redeem your extra trial code on that profile, then sign that profile out and sign back in as your main profile.
You'll then have access to your 2nd trial :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Try checking here for the status of your subscription. https://account.microsoft.com/services If it says overdue, suspended or something similar you will need to contact support to resolve the issue.
Contact Us | Xbox Support Also, remember you can't stack trial subscriptions. If you enter two the second will overwrite the first.

XBOS-3010 is generally related to an expired token, so it's likely that the token has expired. Because trials do not appear as actual subscriptions, you will not be able to the status of any on the subscription page.

However, if you run into any other issues with subscriptions or other tokens that you have received, please post back so that we can dig further into that together. Thanks for posting!

Hi

Just to add to above if you already have an Xbox Live gold membership then the trial code will not work until your current live membership expires. Once your membership arrives the code should then work.
