Hey, thanks for responding. I appreciate it. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful. I followed your instructions step by step and it’s still only the trial. Ive purchased the game. I purchased the ultimate + year 1 pass bundle for Xbox one and the series x. I got it on sale for $53.99. I’m just confirming that before the question of “did you actually purchase it?” Makes an appearance. How do I contact Xbox support without the run around. They’re the only ones who can fix this and there’s no way for me to contact them and I’ve been trying for 2 days now. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hi there Jonessie welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I suggest completely uninstalling the game from ypur console, then do this:

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

Afterwards grab your Xbox App on your phone and install the game through there!

Sorry to hear it. If you had previously downloaded the trial it could be that the license for the trial is overlapping the license for the full game. I would recommend contacting phone support and asking them to remove the license for the trial from your
