    Hello;

    I have redeemed a trial 14d key on my Xbox One; the key worked. When I go to my profile then subs I can see that I have gold for 14d but I can't play online. When I try to play online the Xbox is telling me that I have to buy a sub....

    Live Gold Trial offer errored

    I put a halo 4 14 day trial code in and it worked but I can't play online games for some reason.

    Gold problems being annoying

    What you would have bought would be a trial card, not a full gold card. Trials only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer and will not work with all games and game modes. Some trial cards will only work for the game they came with.
    So can't i play Paladins online ?

    You get 48 hours before it asks you for a key. It's a free trial type thing. After that though you will need to purchase the online pass to continue playing online. *Note that's 48 hours real time. Not your time played.

    On my xbox 360 i had activated several xbox live gold trials. I played online with these for sure.
