trial code not working

    I used an xbox live gold 14 day free trial membership code and it went from the store to the dashboard and refreshed itself I went back into the store and used the code again and it said it had already been used.

    Trial code not working

    So I have an Xbox 2 day gold trial (being used for Xbox one) whenever I put it in it says, error: it's a problem on our side.

    However, I'm not exactly sure if it has something to do with the system and more the code. I've put it in many times over and over and waited for about two hours before attempting again (even doing so on my phone once)

    But, still the same message. Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

    trial code not working

    Trial codes do not give your account full Gold status. You will not be able to play all online multiplayer games and you will not be able to get the Games for Gold.

    Is your account showing gold access? It may have taken effect and you didn't notice. As a last resort, if you did not end up with a gold trial that works, contact Xbox support via phone and see if they can help with the code. I have not had this issue
    myself so I'm not sure if they can honor the code or not, but, it is worth a shot! You can also try this info in the future just to be on the safe side when it comes to entering codes. About a third of the way down the page is a section on how to redeem
    codes via your Xbox account online using a computer.

    The issue isn't the code Matty he simply didn't read the back of the card

    This is not a gold membership trial codes do not give full access only non ranked matches and no gold benefits like deals or games with gold

    Helli i my xbox live gold doesn't work.

    Trial codes are a little tricky. Not all trial codes allow access to all games since it's a trial.

    And some trial codes will not work if you've had a trial subscription before.

    You're best bet it to try and buy a subscription

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend checking the
    account subscriptions     to make sure the prepaid code was redeemed successfully. Has the account ever used Xbox Live Gold before? Once an account has utilized the Xbox Live Gold subscription, the account cannot redeem prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trails.
