    Tri-Peaks freezes


    Windows 10 and the Collection used to run perfectly. Since the last MSC update, games - especially Tri-Peaks - freeze unexpectedly; often when I'm about to complete a clearance. Any reason?

    Sorry to hear about the issues with Tri Peaks in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, we just attempted to open the game and it seems to be working on our end here. Let's have you try to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that helps. If not, can you
    reply back with any error messages you may be seeing?

    tri peaks

    When I first started playing I was getting more deals as I cleared boards. Now it deleted my high score and only gives me 2 deals no matter what I do. Help?

    I'm sorry to see any issues with TriPeaks in Solitaire Collection! Are you able to clarify what you are running into? Do you get an error, or does the game simply crash? Is this happening under Games , or is this happening during a Daily Challenge or an
    Event? Is there any troubleshooting you've already done so that I don't ask you to do the same thing again?

    Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
